Setting Aside Ego

Obama’s ability to step back and engage with emotional distance (i.e. capacity to set aside ego) is a key quality I’m going to miss having in the White House.

I appreciate his pragmatism (and the author’s thoughtful composition). This is a longer read– and well worth it.
